The Waters Edge home is our closest vacation home to Walt Disney World,only 5 minutes away! The Indian Wells Community borders Lake Buena Vista and HWY 192 in Kissimmee. You cannot ask for a more convenient spot to vacation. There are numerous restaurants of all cuisines minutes from the home.Disney's planned community of Celebration and Old Town are close by. Disney Springs is less then 10 minutes away.There is a Super Walmart open 24 hours within walking distance as well as a Publix grocery. Orlando outlet shopping also 5 minutes from the home. Quick easy access to I4,Osceola Parkway and the Greenway(417).The Waters Edge home boasts one of the largest pool and deck areas. Pool & Spa heating clause 3125 Bear Path:
POOL HEATING OPTION: Pool heating is available for most homes. Pool heating is an extra charge and subject to tax.
If applicable, your home is fitted with either a Gas pool heater. Daily rates for pool heating are as follows: Gas heaters $35 per day or $210 per week plus tax.
A 3 day minimum order for pool heating applies for all properties.
When ambient temperatures fall below 70 degrees pool equipment will struggle to reach the guaranteed 80 degree water temperature. Guest must report unsatisfactory water temperatures within 24 hours of arrival. Refunds approved after 48 hours of unsatisfactory report is made and 80 degree temperatures are not reached. Gemstone holds no responsibility for inclement weather or equipment malfunction. Gemstone does not guarantee pool water temperatures beyond 80 degrees.
No refunds will be granted for inclement weather. All pools have a thermometer attached to the skimmer basket.
Pool heaters run in on a timed cycle and will turn off and on with the pool timer.
If your home is equipped with a pool blanket use of the pool blanket will assist in retaining the pool heat when the pool is not in use. DO NOT SWIM IN THE POOL WHILE BLANKET IS IN USE.
SPA USAGE: This homes spa does not have the ability to heat independently of the pool.
