Our properties are all cleaned using the recommended guidelines issued by the CDC & VRMA and a minimum of 72 hours between guests stays has been implemented. All homes have are fully inspected after cleaning and a secondary wipe down of all high touch surfaces is completed prior to guest arrival. Gemstone is happy to provide our incoming guests with the items they need to help stop the spread. Gemstone offers private heated pool homes and resort style condos. Property attributes include: private and resort swimming pools, spas, full kitchens, modern decor and spacious floor plans. Units range from 2 bed to our flagship 9 bed retreat at Champions Gate resort.
